The room was nice, clean and odor free. The water pressure in the shower was barely adequate. The hot tub wasn't available which after a nine hour motorcycle ride would have been nice. Forget breakfast unless you want cellophane Danish and bad coffee (walk five minutes to Linda's Breakfast Place.) The only reason we would stay again is because of the convenient location to the beach (ten minutes away.)
Large clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Refunded our damage deposit before we left the parking lot :-)
Me and the wife and our two little ones stay here often. And not sure why it took me this long to show them our appreciation. Maybe it’s the consistency. The staff here is amazing. Rooms are clean every time we come here. The pool is amazing. But once again the staff is here to treat you like a human being. Very flexible and always respectful. The pastries at the front desk are amazing in the morning. We’re like family here. Shout out to this establishment.
I enjoyed my stay the hotel is in good shape for being a bit older. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was a plus. The hotel is 13 minutes away from the main street and the beach. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in hampton beach.

Me and my friend Shawn had stayed here, it was an amazing experience the beds, condition of furniture and the smell was heavenly. I hope everyone that decides to stay here does stay here and enjoys it as much as I do, this is also a picture of the friend I stayed with.
I had a great stay here. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were courteous. We enjoyed the heated cement pool and hot tub. Coffee, muffins, or Danish in the morning included. What a reasonable winter rate. Downfall, no elevator, couldn't smoke on room balcony deck or be fined, so the hallway smelled like smoke. I'd definitely go back again, I would have given 5 stars but the smoking smell was a issue.
Guy at front desk was nice. Had issues with our TV their came and fixed it fast. Beds were clean made right. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Place needs some updates but that's normal in older hotels. They need more pool towels. But I would stay again. Price was good. Was here for my daughter's birthday.
